This is such an easy company to deal…
This is such an easy company to deal with. The rates are comparable to other company, but the customer service knocks it out of the park. We put insurance on when our boy was a puppy and we've never had an issue covering anything. Will continue for sure - paid for itself in the first 8 months for sure.

Easy & fast
Had this insurance for my DSH cat for many years without needing to use it. Some emergency issues came up recently and it was really easy. I uploaded receipts and records in the app, they contacted my vets for anything else they needed, and claims were approved within a couple days. Very relieved to have the financial support from them with zero fighting over benefits, confusion, or delay.
