Always there to help...
It's always difficult when your pet is ill. Submitting invoices and claims seemed overwhelming to me. Trupanion provides the best help at their 800 number. They walked me through every step and helped me through correcting an error when I did make one. They are always there when you need help.

Spot is a caring and compassionate partner…
Spot has been great to quickly process and pay out my claims. They also proactively canceled coverage, when they received a claim that included end of life care for one of my little dogs. This was so unexpected and helped ease the stress at a time I was dealing with the loss of a beloved pet. Truly, Spot is a partner in supporting my family.

The Wellness coverage is disappointing
The Wellness coverage is disappointing. Other pet insurance companies offer better Wellness program coverage for an equivalent fee.

Poor customer service
I have been a customer for 4 years. I have paid approximately 9,000 in premiums, and have used the policy very little. In my last vet visit my dog received those annual shots. It was 10 days before the date allowed (unbeknownst to me) so my $100 reimbursement was declined. I canceled my insurance policy and will never recommend this company to anyone.
