Disgruntled to satisfied
I'll be completely honest, prior to these two visits I was not happy with Nationwide and it's claims. I felt I wasn't getting back enough from what I was putting out each month. I was considering switching to a different pet insurance depending on the outcome of these visits. My wife and I were thrilled when we saw we would be getting back 90% for both visits and have decided to continue with Nationwide for the time being.

Prace of mind when vet expenses add up, and they do
After paying large vet bills with my first 2 dogs I invested in this insurance at the recommendation of a friend who has working dogs innher line of business. If you are looking for excellent coverage this plan os the best. Do it qhen you first get your pet and they are getting all their first shots.

Comforting....
When my baby Pomeranian ate something that was very dangerous, I was not thinking about anything but her health and safety. Once she was out of the words, I started scrambling trying to see if her vet bill would be covered by Nationwide. I checked the website and spoke with a representative who walked me through the process. I followed the instructions and in no time at all, my claim was resolved and the majority of her vet bill was reimbursed to me. Nationwide has been the best help we could’ve asked for for our Kobi
We got Nationwide pet insurance when Kobi was a puppy because he was getting sick constantly. Thankfully he rarely ever has heath issues now. Nationwide has been there every step of his life and have helped cover countless vet visits, medications and more. They make submitting claims a breeze and are very quick to respond. They have covered almost every dollar of his expenses and provide a clear explanation for what they do not cover. I can’t speak more highly.

In the past with my other pooches, I’ve always expected to handle the expenses of their medical bills, like biting the bullet sort of, and this has devastated me in the past. When I started insuring my dogs, I never knew that somebody could help me; that now my dog is safe, it’s time to grow an ulcer about the medical bills which may I add , is always ginormous. So when I found out that Nationwide could help me pay for part of it, it was like a lifesaver jacket was thrown at me. THANK YOU Nationwide. My dogs are my children however weird that may sound but they are. So a heartfelt thank you!

I chose ASPCA over other pet insurance…
I chose ASPCA over other pet insurance agencies because of the higher rate of returns and more flexibility with choosing coverage levels. I have yet to be reimbursed even half of the invoices I've paid. I once recieved a check for $1! Its quite discouraging. However, I assume I need to hit my deductible before I can be reimbursed anything substantial so maybe I just need to wait. It's not ASPCA's fault... it may be my lack of understanding.
