A true blessing
My baby girl was diagnosed with a brain tumor and been given 3-6 months to live. Needless to say, I am devastated. Having ASPCA has given me peace of mind and I am able to cherish every day I have with her. Their customer service personnel have compassion and empathy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Painless!
The process was extremely painless and quick. With in a week I had my reimbursement. Did it right on the app, even was able to submit documents via the app by taking quick pics of the transactions. Highly recommend this to any pretty owner. It's worth the pieces of mind! 👍

Processing Time
The submissions of claims is simple, especially though the VitusVet app. The processing time though for a claim is less than desirable. Vet costs are expensive, and when it takes 30-45 days to review a claim and issue the reimbursement, that can cause a financial hardship to your clients. a reasonable processing time would be 15-20 days, but when it is hyper extended to 30-45 days, I think there is some room to adjust for efficiency.
