My dogs best friend....
My dogs best friend.... My Emmett has had Trupanion since year 1 and he's 8 now. He he had six surgeries on his back knees the second year (birth defect, could not walk), and since then can walk & run. Without this wonderful company caring for him he would probably be in one of those two wheeled, strap on wheelchairs. The many thousands of dollars coverage, all at the same time made the difference.

Excellent Service!
ASPCA has provided excellent service and it has been a great investment for us as new dog owners. Our 8 month old Goldendoodle puppy recently developed a stomach bug and became dehydrated. Because it happened over a weekend, so we had to go to a veterinary hospital for urgent care, with follow up treatment from our veterinarian. We were extremely pleased that ASPCA covered the majority of the cost of X-rays, rehydration, and associated treatment. It's very easy to submit and track claims on the ASPCA web site, and claims processing has been very prompt. We are extremely satisfied customers!

Thank goodness for ASPCA Pet Insurance
I have 3 dogs and they all have this insurance. I have had them for 8 years now. I will NEVER be without pet insurance again! Its SO affordable and has been extremely helpful when we had some unexpected traumas and sicknesses. Always easy to get someone on the phone and also easy to access your account. Great customer focus
Pets Best sets the standard for customer focus. I had a "alternative" insurer prior to Pets Best and what a mistake it was. There is absolutely no comparison. I have already referred Pets Best to my neighbors and have recently registered by 2nd pet with them.

I love Pet Best. They are always prompt and professional. Apparently, they were busy with many claims so they sent me an email letting me know they were not ignoring me, but were just inundated. I still got my claim processed in record time! They are awesome!!
