This is the first time I purchased insurance for a pet... and I'm a long-time pet owner. I was skeptical at first, but no more. This is the best thing one can do and should be on everyone's list... especially when purchasing a puppy. I am very happy with this, and have used it already. It is a seamless process. Fair & Great Service!
I purchased preventative and other care coverage. The process for signing up, submitting claims, and receiving reimbursement are so easy! The claims adjusters offer a significant amount of customer support. In a consumer focused world, Lemonade shines — its product offerings and customer experience is top notch. Very best pet insurance!
Trupanion was recommended and suggested to us by an emergency room veterinarian after our second visit for emergency care for Scooter. We have had Trupanion insurance for approx. 8 years for our beloved dog. Of course, the cost of the policy has gone up as the years passed, but what hasn't? Trupanion has always been available by phone with any questions that we may have had, and we have received immediate and very pleasant, caring help. Trupanion has been great!

Very easy to file a claim
Ok. So, I’m new to Lemonade. I purchased the puppy insurance. I filed my first claim-one well visit & one vaccination- it was super easy! Received the reimbursement within minutes! So far sooooo good!!

Wow, No way!
The easiest set and customization I ever have been through. The dollar limits could be a bit more or each itemized thing they cover, however it is definitely enough if your fur baby isn’t chronically ill. Speaking off, if they are they do support medication and hospitalizations. What was amazing though is that I took my pet for their exam, paid the bill and when I put my claim in for the reimbursement, I was reimbursed immediately. No, seriously immediately. Wow.
