Grateful
When I saw my pet needed emergency surgery I was immediately stressed. The cost was high and needed to be paid up front. At first I cried, and then proceeded to cry again when I realized Nationwide covered everything. Never felt so good about an insurance company before! Extremely grateful.

Such as easy process and an almost 100% reimbursement!
My Daisy had an emergency trip to the vet and fortunately, all went well. It got even better when I received reimbursement from Nationwide for almost 100% of the expense for that visit. A big relief all the way around.

Changes in paying out invoices
I noticed over the past year that you use to pay out invoices within a 2 week timeframe once claim has been submitted. Now you are paying them out monthly? This was one reason why I referred your company to other pet owners because of the quick pay turnaround. Why has this changed?
