Always very easy to file claims
Always very easy to file claims. Due to a large volume of claims, I was contacted by email with an apology that the claim process was taking longer than normal but then was contacted with explanation of claim paid a day or two later.

Paid the majority of a major expense
Brooklyn ate foxtails. Got them caught in her tonsils and embedded in the roof of her mouth. She had to have surgery to remove them. Pets Best Insurance paid for the majority of this major expense.

Easy to submit online
I have been sending in my claims via website it is easy to attach a receipt for my dogs med's. to the claim form they always reply that they received it and that they are working on it and when I get my money posted to my account.

Exactly as promised!
Our puppy broke all 4 canine teeth chewing rocks (?) and required dental surgeries to protect her adult teeth. Trupanion handled the claims quickly and fairly. Premiums for our plan are very reasonable and the peace of mind is priceless.

Helpful, Understanding and Caring
My pup had an accident at a dog park and had to undergo surgery on his knee. He is still healing. Every person I’ve talked to at ASPCA has been very caring and helpful. They always ask how he’s doing and really do care about his welfare. It’s a far and pleasant cry from most companies I do business with. It gives me a feeling of security for me and my sweet puppy.
