Pup is only 9 months old
Pup is only 9 months old, but we've already submitted several claims and exceeded our deductible. I am impressed with the quick attention, resolution, and reimbursement process! I even received a phone message from a young man at ASPCA checking in to see how Leo was doing after a surgical procedure! Without question, customer service is stellar!

THANK YOU ASPCA!!
Our rescue got extremely sick overnight (cause still unknown) and needed ER care as well as regular vet visits with testing. It was extremely scary as her temperature was over 105. We thought we were going to lose her, but were determined to find a way to afford her bills. Upon figuring that out, I submitted my claims hoping for some assistance. I was so amazed and grateful that ASPCA not only reimbursed us per our plan, but they did it the same WEEK our pupperoni was sick. The representatives on the phone were extremely helpful, the claim was submitted Tuesday and approved Thursday, and I was reimbursed by the weekend. We cried happy tears and I couldn't thank ASPCA enough for being a part of Sadie's life. Per our experience and service, I am sure I will stick with ASPCA and will recommend it to others looking for quality and caring pet insurance.
