The claim response is very slow
The claim response is very slow. With this claim, the reimbursement checks arrived with the approval letters for the claims...the same day. It seems ridiculous to re-check the information sent by the policy owner when the veterinarian bills are sent to then re-check the statements with the veterinarian's office...

I'm very happy
Having established my cat insurance a day prior submitting our first kitten vaccination bill via phone app to the underwriter and it was accepted one week later to what's my deductible. I did it after having 10 animals (3 large dogs + 8 cart) over the last 20 years and spend tens of thousands of Dollar out of pocket finally getting smarter.
