I will admit pet insurance is not cheap and the premiums rise as the pet ages but having pet insurance for the unexpected gives me an extra measure of peace knowing that my dog’s treatment is covered and that I have options when it comes to choosing treatment and care. My pet has been insured since I purchased him from a breeder at 9 weeks of age. He is now 9 years old. I only had to use the insurance when as a 4 month old pup he ingested a small amount of a poisonous substance (for a small pup). I was able to get him to an emergency vet hospital where they immediately flushed his system and due to his young age, kept him over the weekend to monitor his vitals. I was even able to visit with him at the facility for their Sunday “family” visit. The vet’s office submitted the claim on my behalf and I was able to pick up a healthy pup on Monday morning. Having pet insurance cover most of his care gave me tremendous peace of mind and I am glad that as a loving owner I could give my baby the best of care. Yes his premium increased when he turned 8 years old but since my employer covers my Medicare premium, I am able to continue paying the premium for my now senior dog so that he can get the senior care that he needs as he ages. I am a very satisfied customer.

Pleased so far.
We have been with them for over a year now and have had many claims due to our fur baby have so many issues his first year. We got reimbursed for the majority of it within a day or two. The only thing negative I can say is our monthly payment went up about 20-25$ maybe because all the claims.

I am so grateful for Fetch Pet - they helped us through our dog Rudy’s recent lymphoma diagnosis. Knowing that many of the costs were covered during a really difficult time meant we could focus on getting Rudy the treatment he needed rather than worrying about how much it cost. Submitting the claims was so easy and I was reimbursed for covered expenses quickly every time. Only once did they ask for more information other than what was submitted, and that was my fault because the claim didn’t include proof of payment the first time. Their customer care team has also been helpful in answering questions about our policy and easily reachable via online chat. I tell everyone I know about our experience with Fetch Pet and highly recommend this company if you love your animals.

Worth every penny
They offer reimbursement for annual check ups. The rates are very fair. You can pick whichever vet you want. Claims are easy and reimbursement happens quickly. Highly recommended
