Completely satisfied.
Sophie had a ruptured tendon in both back legs. By having Trupanion as our insurer it meant that we ended up covering only about one third of the cost. I also am impressed with the speed that claims are processed.

pretty good overall.
pretty good overall. however the recognition approval process seemed to take quite awhile. also there is not much explanation for why things are or are not approved.
