Fast to process claims
My 4 month old Frenchie fractured her tibia when jumping on the bed. She needed pins placed in her leg. I felt relief knowing that I had insurance because the bill was not going to be cheap. I was able to file my claim as soon as the I paid the invoice, I did this while I was waiting for Vlad to come out of the hospital. This helped me not forget with everything that was going on. I uploaded all that was needed and did not hear from anyone while reviewing then my claim was paid out within about 2 weeks. The choice the bring him in was made after chatting with the 24/7 advice line which has been extremely helpful to me as a new dog owner to a strong willed dog! I am very happy my vet recommended this company.
