My pup needed medication and a follow up test. I submitted the information online to Trupanion. Within a couple of days I received an email explaining their coverage and what would be applied to our deductible. Prompt and efficient customer service.

I love Figo!
I am so glad I got Figo pet insurance.. I have nothing to say but good things :) When I met my $250 deductible, I needed to bring Ori in for a visit due to "possible" ear problems. I filed my claim right away when I got home and within 4 and a 1/2 hours they had closed my claim and said the money will be in my account within 3 to 5 days..I was super impressed. I'm Also impressed with their customer service. Whenever I have sent them a text message about a question, etc, they always got back to me in a super/timely manner. Thank God for Figo
