Quick Refund - some issues with sending receipts but pretty good
The refund process was pretty smooth and was in my bank account quickly. VitusVet works most of the time, but there are some issues with large PDFs, so I had to save to my computer, resize and reupload. What was troubling was that there was no “file too big message.” After you submit you should get a confirmation email, if you didn’t, there is no error message and vitusvet AND national’s email doesn’t bounce. Other than that, works great and payroll deduction at work is worth it.

Pays claims promptly and without a great deal of paperwork. My pet needed an important operation and having Trupanion was the best thing that ever happened to me as a dog owner. Trupanion is awesome!

I cannot express how impressed and pleased I am with the ease of submitting a claim and how quickly the claim was reviewed and our money transferred to our bank! I am SO grateful that we decided to invest in pet insurance this year, as our "first-born" doggy, Beau, is getting older and needed to have surgery just a few weeks ago. Amazing, caring company with very fast turnaround time!
My dog requires herbal supplements that are pricey. Had it not been for Trupanion, I wouldn't never be able to afford them on my own. Trupanion has been wonderful! Their representatives are never quick to push you aside. A company where you don't feel like just another number!

Referral fee
My daughter just got a new puppy and I told her to sign up for Nationwide pet insurance. She signed up through your app. When I called customer service they said I will not be eligible to get the referral fee. Bad service. Misleading.
