Useless product
Great at taking your premiums. Not great at paying you out! I had two bad experiences and now done with it. Rather save my money and use it to pay the expenses myself when they arise.

Unhappy with claim
Very unhappy with claim outcome..I wrote to cust svc a couple times but got nowhere. My dog was very sick... u did not cover fecal testing which is a diagnostic test to determine what meds might be needed. That is ridiculous that you do not cover this in a case this this... was not just part of a yearly type physical!!!
