Life savor
This pet insurance has saved so much stress from my life. Whenever my dogs are sick I can call the vet helpline and get great advice from them. When I need to take them in I do not have to worry about not being able to pay for my dogs health. The ease of filing a claim is phenomenal. I have been using them for over a year and have no regrets.

I love that I can submit my claims electronically! And I get a fast response informing me my claim was received. Payout seems to take a week or so, which is great!

Peace of mind
I always have peace of mind whenever there is something wrong with my dog, because I know I can take him to the Vet no matter what. In the past I would hold off because of cost, and that would result in the dog sometimes getting worse . I had never thought about getting insurance for my dogs because I would listen to others saying it was not worth it. But now I will never, not get it for my dogs! It has been the best thing I have done in a long time. So worth it! Also I use the Vet helpline every once in a while which comes in handy during after hours for something minor that might be going on with the dog. I'm a huge fan, and tell anyone I can how great it is to have!

Pleasantly surprised
In the very beginning, my experience with Nationwide was “iffy.” My “cat-child” had gotten an improper diagnosis from a vet fresh out of school (it happens), and I had a time with them removing the umbrella/stigma of that diagnosis once I switched to a more seasoned and knowledgeable vet who reassured me & NW that Pancake was healthy. After we got past that issue, they have been very easy to work with and whenever there has been a claim filed, I have been quite pleased with what they have reimbursed me. I tell other colleagues who are considering signing up for the coverage it has absolutely been a positive experience for us!

It gives great piece of mind to know that you have help in time of need with finances if your fur-baby is in need of medical treatment. Vets can be very expensive and Nationwide is always their doing their part. Great coverage and great communication.
