Received the best customer service experience from everyone I’ve called into. Claims went through without any issues or heckle from the company. We LOVE Healthy Paws
We purchased pet insurance for peace of mind. When an unforeseen rare diagnosis occurred (requiring costly tests and monthly medication) Healthy Paws was there! The online claim process is simple and the reimbursement is quick. They were there for support- financial reimbursement and concern for what we were experiencing. WE love Healthy Paws 🐾

Almost purrfect
The claim was handled quickly and all services provided by the vet were covered, minus the deductible and copay. Yay! The only thing is that I wish it could have been done with an electronic submission instead of mailing it in.
