So easy to file claim and always resolved very quickly. Never had a coverage dispute. Wish I could get this insurance for me.

I have had Nationwide/VPI for almost 13 years. I am very happy with how much I get refunded back to me when I submit a claim. Any time I call Customer Service, they are very friendly and helpful.

I am glad that I have Nationwide Pet Insurance
I have had Pet Insurance for many years and most years my costs have been less than the premiums but now I have senior cats and their expenses are going up. It is nice to know that if something more expensive comes up I will have help paying it and won't have to make a tough choice based on expense.

Comforted to know we have insurance
Thanks for checking on AJ. He’s a loving 12 year old mutt who was diagnosed with bone cancer within the last few months. We had some expensive tests and it was some comfort to know I had insurance to ease the financial burden. I’m opting to keep him comfortable with meds and look at each day as a bonus day in his life.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is Awesome
Our dog Newman suffered a severe laceration on his side due to being frightened by a loose dog. The infection which accompanied the laceration was resistant to all medications which were prescribed for him. After weeks of multiple vet visits the wound finally showed improvement and healed. Healthy Paws customer care is the best and claims processing is easy and fast. They supported us from the beginning and even sent an email to us asking how Newman was doing. Healthy Paws is Pawsome!

I have not been disappointed in any way with Nationwide Pet Insurance.
I’ve not had pet insurance before. I got Turbo as a pup and decided it would be a good idea to insure an active pup. Fortunately, he had a safe puppy hood. Along the way, we had the normal vet visits. It is absolutely simple to submit the vet receipts. The email comes back within a few days that the claim is active. Shortly after that, I get a check, or an explanation. Simple.

I've tried many companies, Embrace is the best coverage for the money
Embrace covers the common woes, but the real plus is they cover genetic and congenital issues where many companies do not. Medications are covered as well, and in the case of heart disease, in my older Norfolk, these meds were upwards of $500/mo. Covered. They are also wonderful customer care experts, as opposed to others who are flat and short with clients. They seem to really care about their clients.
