Clear and concise!
This is the first time I've acquired pet insurance for my fur baby and it has been a pleasure. Every document is clear as to why it why not the claim was covered. I'm happy to continue using Nationwide as the carrier for Eli!

Nationwide has been wonderful to deal with.
I wish some of the semi annual medicines are only covered the one time instead of the additional times. Wish coverage were good for percentage of each preventive med not matter if purchased once a year or2-4 times.

So far so good!!
I have only had petsbest since February but so far my experience has been good. The price is great and the wellness package is worth it (I have medium-large dogs and their regular flea medicine is expensive). I did my first reimbursement a couple months ago, and even thought it didn't take that long for it to be approved, the customer service was great in that they would send me emails letting me know that my request had been received and they were working on it as soon as possible.

My boy wouldn’t be alive without Nationwide
We had had insurance on my pup for a few years and only within the past year did we actually have to utilize it. He is my first dog and he is my everything so when he got a cancerous tumor and subsequent tumors, I wanted to do everything I could to get him the best treatment possible. Having nationwide allowed me to do that! I was able to do what I could to treat him instead of just giving up on him because of cost. I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t enrolled him. Thank you for your timeliness in filing my claims, your compassion in answering my questions...I know I had a lot of them!...and for allowing me to get the best possible care for my boy, you’ve literally saved his life for me!

nationwide is NOT on our side and looks for ways to avoid payments.
Our dog needed medical tests to determine the problem. When nationwide decided the care was not covered because they claimed the breed sometimes gets the condition, they not only didn't pay for the procedure but also would not even pay for the tests. Medical experts suggested the tests could have had different outcomes.
