I have used Trupanion in the past and it is a great peace of mind! I never needed to make a claim with my last dog but after a week of having my new puppy she ate clumping cat litter and get very sick. I am so glad I had Trupanion.

Good processing but there are problems
Trupanion, themselves, I believe are prompt in processing claims. However, the post office time of receiving the cheque for my claim, takes about 2 weeks. I have tried to access my account and apply for Direct Deposit, but have found this to be ineffective.
