I will never ever be without pet insurance again. Nationwide covers so many health and wellness costs, it’s worth every penny. It’s also priceless to know when my dog is sick I can take him to the vet and not worry about costs.

Claims process was a little overwhelming in that I had to provide records unrelated to Rigley's emergency surgery.
Overall, I was very satisfied with outcome. It was stressful in that I paid total vet bill just prior to pandemic shutdown and I was concerned about my employment since I was less than 6 months in a new job. All turned out well especially with your CSRs helping by contacting vet clinics and requesting medical records.

I couldn't believe how fast the insurance money was in my account! After 7 days from filing the claim, i got the 90% back on a $3500 TPLO surgery claim! I have referred you to as many people as i can!
