this insurance is very close to tow human insurance use to be, still easy to use.
this may be a little pricey but it really helps in those last minute emergencies and life time conditions that a pet parent can never predict. This is the better of all the pet insurance companies that we have ever come across.

Easy to file, quick response and great service; wish entire cost was covered though
The process to file was very simple. I received notification that my claim was processed within a few days. Only issue was only about half of the vet bill was covered.

No surprises!
We've made a few claims in the past two years and Nationwide has paid fairly well. We have a high deductible but after that their payments have been good. We're glad we have the insurance just in case something really big happens. Overall, I'd recommend them highly.

First claim took forever…second claim super fast
Initially it took a long while on my first claim. However since then I have had one other claim that was processed and paid in a very quick time frame and deposited into my account. I was considering leaving for the first impression was not good. After this experience I believe I will stick it out and see how consistent they are in future.
