As a new customer
As a new customer, I was disappointed that it took close to a month to have my first claim processed. Because of the pandemic, I understand that things were moving slower. Although, I would’ve appreciated a heads up regarding processing times when I purchased the insurance. After I called a few times, it seemed to help the process move along.

Not impressed with the form letter. Especially considering one of the uncovered costs was to euthanize him on the operating table....
