When contacting Spot Insurance on the phone, they are personable and knowledgeable. If I have a question, they know the answer, it doesn't have to be researched. I feel appreciated when I deal with them. Online I get the same treatment with the same knowledge. It has been a great service.

It was a life or death choice for my dog
When my Golden became suddenly ill this past winter (she could hardly breath and was in obvious pain), I rushed her to the emergency of the local animal hospital. I could do that because I knew from past experience that Trupanion would be there for my girl. The vet kept her in ICU for almost a week, trying test after test, oxygen and meds to keep her breathing until they could diagnose the cause or find a treatment that could help. If Trupanion had not been there to cover 90% of the cost within minutes of my vet submitting the invoice - no questions or haggling- I would have had to tell the vets to stop trying and to let my girl go. Thanks to the vets and Trupanion's support I have my girl home today and we are enjoying everyday to the fullest.

The Best Investment for Your Pet
When I found my first puppy, I enrolled her in Healthy Paws. My previous rescue was an adult, and I hadn't had insurance. I dearly wish I had as she became a senior. After researching pet insurance companies, I settled on Healthy Paws. I am so glad that I did. I never thought I would need the insurance for my puppy; however, I was wrong. My 11-month Cavachon hurt herself jumping in our backyard, and she needed elbow surgery last month to repair the damage. Healthy Paws is the real deal, and they came through for us. Not only do they make the claims process hassle free, but they really care about their customers. Shortly after the surgery, Healthy Paws checked in on my sweet girl, who is on her way to recovery.
