The best insurance for your pet
As a customer for over 11 years, I truly appreciate the speed ease of claims processing. Also Trupanion Express direct payment is extremely convenient and very helpful in that I do not have to wait to be reimbursed for covered services. The premiums increase every year and it isn't cheap but what quality insurance policy is? I would not use any other insurance company for my beloved dog.

Very good & reilable pet insurance
Whenever I have questions, I know I can call and the customer service dept is always pleasant to deal with and will help me get the answer I need. Or refer me to someone else at Nationwide. I have used your company for our other dogs since approx 1998. Those dogs have since gone to the rainbow bridge. But we always got very good care for them too.

When I need to make decisions about veterinary care for my dog Brutus, it is nice to be able to make those decisions knowing I Brutus is covered by his insurance plan. Brutus recently had trouble standing & walking, and with x-rays a very quick diagnosis was made (arthritis in the spine) and proper treatment has made it easy to get him up and around again!
