My pomeranian was diagnosed with a bone/ brain cancer. Treatment has been very expensive. Thank God I have this pet insurance. It has been a lifesaver in being able to afford these treatments for her care.!!

Coverage Lacking
Very upset to find out testing for stomach worms is not covered by Nationwide. My vet was shocked and appalled, said this is the ONLY insurance she's ever heard that doesn't cover testing for potential infection/sickness. Each time Rogul has serious digestive issues this test will be required and we will lose $170 ($85 before and after) to know for sure what Rogul needs to be treated for. We are considering switching insurance plans for this simple fact alone. Very unaccommodating.

I think that y'all are doing a great job.
Y’all have been nothing but a major help with my dog and his surgeries. Ashlee has been truly amazing and a wonderful help. The customer service has been excellent.
