I have used Fetch before for a pup I had for 15 years before she crossed the rainbow bridge. I only had to use them one time, as Sippy was a healthy pup. I have another small toy poodle puppy now and I turned to Fetch for insurance coverage for her. This time, I researched different pet insurance companies and got quotes for the coverage I wanted. Fetch, once again, came thru. They offered the best coverage for the best rates. Plus, their claims process couldn't be any easier and their customer service was always there to help. Very impressive. Amanda was a great help. We are getting another poodle next month and Amanda gave me her contact information so I could add "Jack" to "Piper"'s policy. Thank you for a smooth purchase, Amanda.

When I called to get information on pet insurance, from that very moment the wheels of professionalism started to turn in a positive direction. When I spoke to a policy advisor she explained everything to me in detail, and made sure that I understood the policy that best suited our pet. Then spoke to someone with Prudent pet insurance and things got even better, the representative was kind, polite and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the insurance policy and I was pleased with how I was treated by everyone, and my wife and I are glad we chose this pet insurance, and we are very pleased at how we were treated and we recommend Prudent Pet Insurance to anyone who is looking for the best insurance for your pet and have peace of mind knowing that you will get the 5 star treatment.

Metlife Scam
First, customer service is horrendous. No one is actually able to help with anything even on a supervisory level. Answer is always we will get back to you and no one ever does prompting multiple calls with long wait times for the same issue. Second and most importantly, claims are attributed to preexisting problems when not appropriate. Example my dog has hx of vaginitis (preexisting) and was recently treated for a urinary tract infection requiring antibiotics and several bladder sonograms, Claim denied due to previous dx of vaginitis !!!??? I happen to be a medical professional and am well aware they have nothing to do with each other. Just a way for Metlife to deny payment. I was told I could appeal. This is my first claim and therefore I canceled completely. I do not have the time or energy to fight with anyone especially given your poor customer service. I will continue to post negative comments everywhere I can about your product. Disgraceful sham
