Helps us afford care
Our beautiful Champion Newfoundland has issues with Allergies but THANKS to Pets Best Pet Health Insurance we are able to afford the BEST of Veterinary Care. From the looks of his physical appearance you'd never know of his medical condition. He receives lots of TLC and provides us with lots of "kisses" in return.

Easy to file the claim using the App
It was very easy to file the claim using the App. Every disbursement was explained and understood. I was notified of a delay due to high volume of claims but it was fine with me, very nice to get the notification and knowing it was being worked on.

Refreshingly seamless
I have been a customer for 2 years and I have never had a problem with communication, explanation or payments. It is so refreshing to have a company that has a seamless process. I don't have to spend my time following up, it is all taken care of and done well! I am very happy with Pets Best.

Professional, courteous and friendly.
Everyone that I have dealt with through Trupanion have been professional, courteous, and friendly. Whenever I have had a claim, I've had everything explained to me. The refund cheque's were quickly mailed. Every experience I've had has been great.

Excellent prompt courteous service.
Trupanion is very nice and great in responding quickly to processings claims in accordance with my pet's medical insurance policy agreement. The only negative being that veterinary examinations are not covered.
