Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has your back
When my pup had emergency surgery to remove a large seed from his intestine, all we wanted to do was focus on helping him feel better. The last thing you want to do is deal with filing claims and worrying how much it's all going to cost. All I did was upload pictures of the vet bills onto my Healthy Paws app and within a week or two, I was reimbursed, no questions asked. Healthy Paws acts as the perfect middle man between you and your vet. I find their policy to be very clear cut on what qualifies for coverage and the explanation of benefits you receive is pretty straightforward. Not only did they take care of a big chunk of the bill, they also had someone from customer care reach out to me a few weeks later to check up on how Gambit was doing. A small gesture like that makes a big difference, it feels like a friend just checking in. Thanks Healthy Paws!

Very easy to submit claims
Nationwide Pet Insurance has a very easy process for submitting claims online. The response from Nationwide is very timely, and if you are reimbursed for services/medication bought, the check comes in the mail fairly quickly. I love Nationwide Pet Insurance! It has been a lifesaver considering my puppy has been sick so much his first year home.

It'll be there when you need it
This is my second time using Nationwide Pet Insurance, the first time was for my lovebird Snowball. Now it is for my cat Brigade. Excellent communication, fast transactions and great coverage. Vet bills can add up very fast and this helps a lot. I appreciate all that Nationwide Pet Insurance does!!

Wish they covered more
I just wish the limits were higher for each section. Costs are rising for vet visits but insurance limits aren't.
