I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Figo Pet Insurance. I purchased this policy for peace of mind, expecting my cat's medical care to be covered when needed. However, when I submitted a claim for an ear infection that occurred after my policy became effective, Figo denied it, stating it was a pre-existing condition. My policy began on October 3, 2025, and there were no documented ear problems before that date. I appealed the decision and provided additional information supporting my case. I was told I would receive a response within about 30 days, but it has now been over 30 days, and I still have not received any update or decision on my appeal. It's frustrating to pay monthly premiums and additional fees for coverage, including the Vet Exam Fees add-on, only to have a claim denied under these circumstances. I expected a thorough, fair review and a clear explanation based on my cat's actual medical history. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Figo Pet Insurance. I paid for coverage expecting support when my cat needed medical care, but instead I received a denied claim and have been waiting more than 30 days for a response to my appeal. Because of this experience, I will be canceling my policy.

PETS BEST IS A SCAM
After a routine checkup and blood work the Vet prescribed meds, no biggie. I submitted the paperwork then reimbursed a small fraction of what I paid the Vet due to "pre existing conditions". "BLOOD WORK" IS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION?! "A VET VISIT" IS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION?! "MEDICINE" IS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION?! To be clear, the quotes are what they deem PRE EXISTING CONDITION. How does that make sense??? If my dog had cancer, then brought her to the Vet, THEN the Vet says that she's had cancer for 4 years (before the policy started), then that is a PRE EXISTING condition. AVOID THIS CARRIER. False advertisement with their coverage.

I recently enrolled both of my dogs
I recently enrolled both of my dogs, Otis and Lola, with Fetch Pet Insurance, and I had a wonderful experience. The representative who helped me, Amanda from Alabama, was absolutely delightful to speak with. She was warm, friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly, which made the enrollment process easy and stress-free. Customer service like Amanda’s is becoming harder to find, and she made a great first impression of Fetch. If this is the kind of support they provide, I feel confident that I made the right decision for my dogs. Thank you, Amanda, for your kindness and professionalism. It was truly a pleasure speaking with you!
