Reimbursement very quickly
I'm currently waiting for one claim to be processed but the first claim I filed was very easy and I felt I received the reimbursement very quickly.

Pets Best paid the claim
My dog started losing her hair and gaining weight so vet did blood test to check thyroid. Once they diagnosed the thyroid it is necessary to take meds to determine if dosage is correct. This procedure had to be done via blood tests for three months. My insurance claim was for blood tests and medication. Pets Best paid the claim.

The best part of the experience was the very honest and direct email about there being a bit of a backlog in processing, while this isn't "good news" it's the news I needed so I wasn't on pins and needles wondering if there was an issue with my claim. My sweet Shepherd is healing nicely and it's good to know the insurance is worth every penny I've paid into it. I will be recommending Pets Best, not just pet insurance, to anyone I know who has a four legged loved one!
