Alexis put me at ease with respect to the concerns I had with respect to my Beajou's coverage and our policy. In light of recent media stories regarding misleading pet insurance incidents, I was very concerned about my Beajou's coverage as she ages. Alexis reassured me that other than preexisting condition or for routine and preventative care we have full coverage, if G-d Forbid, an illness or accident occurs. Thank you.

You were recommended to me by my vet when I bought my latest Abby about 3 years ago.
You were recommended to me by my vet when I bought my latest Abby about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, he's been plagued with some issues I've never encountered before and that require some specialist care. Trupanion has been good to its "word" in what it covers and the relative ease with which to file a claim. I have already begun to pass this important information along to friends, both privately and publically (on my FB page) as all of them own either cats or dogs (as well as other pet animals).
