I haven't been a member long enough to give a true rating but I did submit a claim which didn't qualify and was disappointed I wasn't notified.

I called a month later and Michelle was super friendly and advised it was just before the waiting period ended. Spoke to another girl today who was also very friendly and helpful.

I understand covid-19 apparently is slowly application reviews, but I would of thought by know our claim would of been dealt with. So I really can't say if we would recommend you at this time.
