Your CSR Lynne was spectacular. If I could give her a 15, I would. Her attention to detail was so greatly appreciated. She educated me to better understand my policy. Lynne notified me when she realized my vet hadn't sent any claims to Trupanion in 6 years. She guided me through the process and again, followed up to see if I was all set. In a time where customer service is lacking with most companies, Lynne went above and beyond and represented Trupanion professionally and kindness. I can't say enough good things about Lynne! Thank you!!
