It does take quite a while for claims…
It does take quite a while for claims to be processed. My claim took 27 days from submission and for an EOB to be returned. Be forewarned, when calculating the deductible, they also deduct the percentage of reimbursement from that charge. Kind of double dipping. They did allow for all customary charges from my N.Y. vet and direct deposited into account. The follow up from customer service updating the status of the claim was lacking. That should be improved.

Healthy Paws has saved my sanity and bank account!
My sister recommended Healthy Paws for my puppy when I got him, and thank goodness she did! Within the first few months, they were already saving me money as puppies get into everything. It gave me such peace of mind to take him to the vet knowing it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg to make sure my pup was all right. When I adopted my second dog (a little older), I immediately got him insurance too with Healthy Paws, and again, lifesaver! Whenever I have to file a claim, they always follow up later to see how my dog is feeling, which is so considerate. I have never had an issue with them covering a claim, and it really takes a lot of stress away knowing I can take care of my dogs without financial concern. I highly recommend them!

I have been with Trupanion for quite sometime and I recommend them to everyone with a pet! Submitting claims is easy and their customer service is excellent. I have two senior kitties and could never have been able to provide the care I am able to without the help of Trupanion. What a blessing! Will forever be grateful!

Shocked at ease and service!
I could not be more pleased with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! I have been shocked at how easy it is to submit claims (literally takes 1 minute from my phone), I receive a confirmation email almost instantly, and progress emails over the next few days before my claim is complete and my reimbursement check is on its’ way. I am so happy and highly recommend them!

I am so thankful to Trupanion for really being there when we counted on them.
My border collies started having seizures when he was 5 years old. Epilepsy is a difficult illness . His medicine helps so much and Trupanion has always kept their promise to help him.I am forever grateful . And Finn sends his love !

SO easy to submit claims/receive reimbursement!
I am honestly shocked at how easy it is to submit a claim and receive a quick reimbursement from Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! They are unbelievable. Takes one minute (literally) to submit a claim from my phone and I have my reimbursement check not long after that with progress emails along the way from them. They also emailed me to check on our dog after her double eye surgery. We are SO happy with them and highly recommend!
