Customer Service is the BEST!
I have only had FIGO for a short time, but already had a claim. The customer service team is so GREAT, they help me with LOTs of questions about coverage, how to do a claim, what to expect, AND they followup to see how my little dog is doing. Highly recommend!

Claim Service is quick and easy. I was certainly surprised to receive an email asking how my dog was doing after a recent vet visit for him being sick. Now that's customer service at it's best!

Nationwide is excellent! I had an emergency visit to the ER vet on Thanksgiving AM, my dog had to be hospitalized for the night, luckily he was discharged the next day but even w the holidays, Nationwide reimbursed me early the next week. Knowing they have my dog covered makes me very happy and content that he is taken care of by an amazing and professional company. HIGHLY recommend them.
