So glad we have Spot Pet Insurance! We just found out our daughter's dog has a respiratory issue/concern and are in the process of determining what is wrong and how to treat him. After taking my dog to the ER for a snake bite and a stay that lasted 3 days in the ICU, I uploaded my claim to Pets Best mobile app. It was straightforward and easy. I was able to add my account information for direct reimbursement. I got a message from Pets Best that it was received, when it was delayed for a week, and when it was paid. I'm relieved they covered my claim as explained in their coverage plan. A silver lining after a difficult time for my family.
