It would have been devastating without y
Trupanion has always given us tremendous mental and financial support through a very stressful time when Bapu was diagnosed with immune hemolytic anemia. He was very sick and almost died. You were there to remove our anxiety level and allow us not to worry too much about the medical expensive cost of his long treatment. It allows us to focus mainly on his health. Thanks to you, today Bapu is home and on its way to be cured completely after 4 months of struggle. Thank you to all Trupanion team. A & G

Trupanion is extremely easy to deal with.
Trupanion is extremely easy to deal with. I enrolled our pets based on extensive experience managing my sister's account. She has two dogs with a lot of veterinary needs and Trupanion has been extraordinarily responsive.

Trupanion pays back 90% of most of my claims. Sometimes they are processed quickly, sometimes not. Customer service reps are helpful and nice, however callbacks are not often and most email inquiries are not returned. Expect HUGE yearly premium increases and this pet insurance carrier is not cheap.
