Very easy to submit a claim
Very easy to submit a claim using the website. Only other claim was handled in a timely manner. New customer (10 months) with this insurer, so far so good.

They make it so easy to submit a claim and then se d reimbursement. Takes the stress away when unexpected vet visits come up and your able to take the best care of your animal.

Improvement in laying out the details…
Improvement in laying out the details of the plan...I had it for two years and after the first year gathered all my paperwork and found out it was passed the expiration date of turning things in...More hassle then its worth. Plus to high of monthly premiums.
