Well I did a review research and it's appear to be 50/50 BUT I took a chance on this company & the staff was professional & very informative & focused on our information(kudos katherine) the short end I didn't like the transaction billing dont give you a transaction record and its very strange in these times that you cannot have a transaction code when your charge for the service they actually make you check your bank statement...didn't like that at all but I remained fair and stayed in tuned...so hopefully the service is great

Waste of money
They’ve been happily taking my money for my 8 month old puppy since I got her 4 months ago. I got her a check-up when I got her. When she got an eye-infection they denied my claim because they don’t have medical records from 1 year before I started the plan (before I got her, before she had ever been to a vet). Do not waste your money with Fetch.
