My one year old dog ate something he shouldn't have. I brought him to emergency room and had to leave him for the day, trupanion verified his claim within minutes and I did not have to leave a 75% deposit. You covered his expenses. Thank you.

At the end of their lives I have gotten not only excellent medical care but also support from the staff at Trupanion when the time came -- they sent a sweet card remembering my lovely kitty, and I still have it. Such a wonderful service.
