First time we had to use our insurance beyond our deductible. Everything went very smoothly! Received payment within a couple of days of our dog's hospitalization. Took the stress out of the situation which had a happy ending!

I chose a 7 because your customer service are kind patient and helpful.
I chose a 7 because your customer service are kind, patient and helpful. I gave a 7 and not a 10 because I do not agree on some of the denied claims based on exam fees. I brought my pet to doctor for to examine what is wrong because my dog was injured. This should be a part of meeting deductible.

Thanks for the peace of mind.
I have been working with Trupanion for several years now and they are amazing. I have a Mastiff who is getting older and has issues with his knees and heart. They have allowed me to make sure he is always getting the best health care to keep him healthy and active. I think it's great a company and I was very pleased with the help I got from Carly but I was disappointed to see that the coverage after deductible is only 90% and that the deductible is per incident.
I think it's great a company and I was very pleased with the help I got from Carly, but I was disappointed to see that the coverage after deductible is only 90% and that the deductible is per incident... when we took out the policy we understood the deductible was a yearly deductible and 100% coverage after the deductible was met.
