Excellent customer support, great website, and fantastic reimbursement policies
We got Bear from a rescue in 2017. I pretty much immediately got pet insurance through Healthy Paws for him, a decision that I’m extremely glad I made. Bear passed away last month, but during the three amazing years we had him, he had a number of health problems, ranging from allergies, to a growth on his eyelid that needed to be surgically removed, to a hemangiosarcoma (skin cancer) that was also surgically removed. Healthy Paws was there with us throughout our entire journey with Bear, and were great about prompt reimbursement with claims. We miss our Bear dearly, but I’m so very grateful that Healthy Paws made all of his health issues much less stressful. Thank you to everyone who works at Healthy Paws! We’ll definitely be back once we rescue another pup.

Covered with no issues
My fur baby, Gracie, has been a super healthy dog, then she had an accident and tore her ACL in her right rear knee. Embrace covered the surgery with no problems, no issues and no hassle. Thank you for allowing us to get our baby the surgery that she needed.

Peace of Mind
Healthy Paws always responds quickly. It is always easy to upload information. Claims are settled fast and fairly. Our dog is 4 years old and has unfortunately had some health issues. This is our first dog, and therefore our first experiences with pet-insurance. We are so glad we chose Healthy Paws. They not only respond quickly, but check on our dog after a claim is filed and settled, just to see how she is doing. A bright spot in challenging times.

Pet Best is the BEST
I did a lot of research on various Pet Insurance as wanted to make sure that I get the best coverage for my pet. I ended up choosing Pets Best and have been with them since March of 2019. It may take awhile for them to get back with you on your insurance claim due to this pandemic times but they do get back with you and I am very satisfied with the coverage I get from them. It has saved me a lot of money since I started with them and mostly I do not have to worry should my pet have some serious injury or sickness. I feel secure knowing that I got good insurance.
