Pumpkin was a great choice for Yadi
Pumpkin was a great choice for insurance. My cat, Yadi, was just diagnosed with heart failure, and Pumpkin was absolutely the right choice for his coverage. This diagnosis came out of nowhere, and our family was devastated. But Pumpkin was able to step up and assist with the multiple vet appointments and meds, and Yadi's condition has improved dramatically. The vet was amazed with his progress during the last visit. Pumpkin was instrumental with the treatment Yadi required. Thank you!

I was very skeptical about pet insurance because I had no prior experience with it. But when I received the approval and the money was deposited back into my account within two weeks, I was shocked — in a very positive way! I will definitely be recommending it to my friends.

I absolutely love Pets Best
I absolutely love Pets Best. I used to be a member of Healthy Paws, but I'm glad I made the switch. Sometimes my claims are handled fast, I think the longest I've waited was 20 days. My hope is that my premium stays reasonable and continues to protect my angel baby until the end.

Don't bother with this insurance
I give them a big fat 1 star. This company is very quick to take your payment but when it comes time to reimburse a policy holder they find any and every reason possible to not pay out. For an organization that says they help pets I would have thought better of them. They will not be getting anymore of my money ever.
