It was SO easy! Our vet hospital submitted the claim for us! Next, we got an email from Trupanion that they received the paperwork, and if they had questions, they would contact the hospital. Then we received an email from Trupanion that they approved the claim, and a check had been sent! Couldn’t get any easier! Thanks to Trupanion, and especially, thanks to everyone at Woodland Veterinary Hospital for taking care of our wee Yorkie when he was sick!!

It’s my first claim in 12 years.
It’s my first claim in 12 years. Denied within 24 hours but no response on the Appeal filed over 2 weeks ago, That doesn’t bode well in my book! I’d like to see if I’ve been wasting my money or not, now that she’s older and I need the insurance. We shall see. Ask me in a month or two.

Rates don’t increase due to your fur baby’s age! Also staff was super nice and knowledgeable. Literally the only complaint I have is that the exam fees are not covered in the policy.
