Disappointing first visit

Because of the way the vet tech wrote the notes in the chart, my claim was denied. I told the vet I had my puppy for almost 2 weeks. They put in the chart 2 weeks which made it seem that my puppy was sick before we got her and before we had the coverage which wasn’t true. So the claim was denied. Very disappointing since the reason for the visit was actually for something that should have been covered.

Great customer service

Customer service rep was VERY helpful. She answered all my questions and helped with the enrollment.. Pet insurance was new to us so we had alot of questions. She walked us through it perfectly.
