Easy claims experience!
Always an easy transaction with Trupanion! So easy that claims are processed electronically so that there is no waiting for reimbursement! Love that Trupanion covers most of what my dog is prescribed! I would highly recommend Trupanion to anyone!

Best thing I ever did!
I signed up with Healthy Paws pet insurance when I adopted my six year old Beagle Abby. I have found the customer service to be outstanding. The claims are VERY easy to file and the level of coverage is exceptional. My little one has some health issues, and knowing that she is covered gives me tremendous peace of mind. Not only does the company process claims quickly and easily, they follow up and check on my pup. An efficient, kind and caring company. I often wish that people's health insurance would be handled so humanely.

I wish I’d known about Embrace years ago!
We’ve got an old English bulldogge puppy and wanted insurance for her. Our ins company told us about Embrace. I’m so glad we went with them. Our pup had a really rare experience called dry drowning. She almost died, and it was a very scary experience. We took her to our local pet hospital then had to drive her to a bigger town with a bigger hospital over an hr away. She barely made it. The Drs made no promises that she’d make it. She was on oxygen for 5 days and has made a full recovery. I’ve got the Embrace app and sending them the bills we received was so amazingly easy. After everything that happened we quickly passed our deductible. Within a week Of sending them the info they needed we’d get our claim money. We had just been through so much it was very appreciated! Customer for life right here.

Fast & Easy Claims process, great coverage
We got healthy paws for our labradoodle and now have it for all the pets (two doods and a cat). Entering a claim takes 2 minutes and Healthy Paws not only processes the claims quickly and reimburses straight to my bank account, but they keep in touch the whole time and make sure we know when the claim is received and processing too. Our dood has had a handful of injuries including a recent slab fracture to a molar that required a root canal and healthy paws handled this large claim quickly and also asked after her recovery.

I’m glad I had this policy
I would’ve rated this site at 5 stars but because of Covid it was very hard to talk to someone on the phone. I had to hold for over an hour before somebody got to me. But after that the gentleman who talked to me on the phone was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions professionally.

the worst customer service
the worst customer service. takes over 1 hour of wait time to speak to a representative. claims process is extremely slow and when a claim is denied and appealed the wait time is at least 60 days from the point of the appeal and if you want to add or appeal the appeal decision you must wait another 60 days all the while they are collecting premiums. further they will list pre existing conditions in your policy even though you may never have taken your pet to a specialist. they also deny claims based upon specific breeds. if this is the best i would hate to see the worst of pet insurance.
