Peace of mind that I don’t have to go chasing them around for reimbursement. When you call you get intelligent and professional answers to your questions and a caring attitude. Now if people insurance companies were this proactive, we would all be in a good place!!

Glad we had insurance
I'm glad we had insurance to help cover the surgery my dog needed. I do wish more things were covered. She needed 2 sets of xrays before the surgery and she will need 1 more set in about 6 weeks to follow up but only 1 set of xrays is covered. We still paid over half of the surgery out of pocket but we are thankful that some of it was covered.

I have peace of mind having pet insurance for the first time. I have had a lot of dogs in my past and I have spent several thousands of dollars keeping them healthy and safe. It is comforting when the vet tells you something is wrong and needs to be treated and financially you know you will have some assistance with the bills. With that being said, I wish the deductible was not so high.
