Takes too long to get money back
Overall super pleased, just wish it didn’t take as long to get money back. Also, recommended to a friend as we always get to advertisement that you would get an amazon gift card if you referred, but never got it, even though she enrolled her dog. I will continue to refer regardless but this insurance saved us when our baby needed emergency surgery but wish I would have gotten the compensation I was promised through the advertisement.

Our cat, Nora, had to have 3 teeth extracted. I had typical anxiety about how she'd do under anesthesia and the surgery. I had no anxiety about Nationwide helping with the cost of the surgery, they are so great! BTW, Nora is doing well and eating like a lumberjack!

The best pet insurance i have ever had!
Nationwide has provide us with amazing customer service as well as quick payments for all of our claims. The online forms have been super easy to complete and response time has been very quick. Dealing with our sick pet has been overwhelming, but Nationwide has made our claim requests quick and effortless and has always reached out to check on our pet.
