Super easy to file a claim

Peace of mind
We've had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since we brought home our pup. It's been 3 years now, and we're really glad to have insurance with Healthy Paws. They are super easy to work with, claims are processed fast, and it's very transparent to see what is covered. We've had a total of ~3 emergency hospital visits so far, in the middle of night, with several thousands of vet bills at the end, and thanks to Healthy Paws it wasn't a financial burden to finance these! Having insurance with Healthy Paws gives us a peace of mind!

Incredible, Reliable, and Appreciated
Nationwide Pet Insurance has been an incredible staple to my family's well being over the past several years. The peace of mind that comes along with this insurance if something unexpected happens with my boys (as it has in the past a few times now), that the bill is not what I'm thinking about. It's very much appreciated to find a pet insurance that offers affordable plans with reasonable deductibles, reliable service through their website (the recent updates look outstanding!), the mobile app, and payment service through Chase Payments, as well as the appreciation for my fur babies, of course.

Best investment ever!
I cannot say enough good things about Nationwide. Our insurance has already paid for itself. We have never had an issue with a claim for our 8 year old frenchie, and the claims process online could not be any easier. I find we are reimbursed on most occasions between 2 - 4 days after submitting claim. That is just incredible. I feel so much more secure making decisions for our pet, knowing we have Nationwide on our side!

It was 5 stars in the beginning-quick returns and good explanations within 2 weeks. Now it has slowed significantly and takes more than a month for info back and is slow in responding to requests for reconsideration of claims.
